I worked with 3 very different products, a camera sensor analyzing the body condition score of cows, an electro-mechanical product regulating cow traffic and an electro-mechanical product with chemicals for automating treatments of hooves Responsibility of maintaining a business model incl subscription Resolving product quality and maintenance issues and supporting product development, among orderer and in lead for a project around product robustness and new application area that impacted sales positively New assignment to support a development project of a new cow health sensor, contributed essentially to the data concept development and established the commercial offering together with the new Digital Service unit

Evaluated the business potential of one of their medtech products for the veterinary market Supported Swedish Agricultural University (SLU) in proofing the technology and concept on animals and participated in discussions around device validation

I had the opportunity to stay in Sweden at the Swedish Veterinary Institute to support a mathematical model of traceability of Salmonella spp. by creating the conceptual framework. The work was funded by the EU project "Biotracer" and resulted in a publication in the International Journal of Food Microbiology. Transferred knowledge of the Swedish surveillance system of Salmonella spp. in feed, animals and food to Austria. Supported a project about prevalence of Salmonella spp. in the Austrian feed production together with the Austrian Agency for Environment and Health (AGES).
