    PSD is the central people agency for the Singapore Public Service. I was the resource person for recruitment, HR analytics, retirement & re-employment of PSD staff. I oversaw the deployment of a video recruitment tool, which helped achieved ~70% savings in our selection process. As part of ongoing efforts to thoughtfully deploy the use of HR tech, I shared our experience to reps of 30 other public agencies. This led to an increased interest in the use of related video recruitment services. I also streamlined salary package computations for incoming staff through an automated calculator that relies on formula instead of manual input. As part of my retirement & re-employment portfolio, I had to quickly grasp the features of various retirement schemes to correctly advise and administer the processes.
