Directed & managed Coast Guard wide Human Performance Technology (HPT) workforce analyses, improvement projects, & Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL)/Computer Based Training (CBT) in support of Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (DCMS) and Deputy Commandant for Operations (DCO) program offices. Responsible for design/development/ implementation of Coast Guard wide mandated training (MT), occupational analyses (OA) for 20 enlisted ratings, & manpower requirements/staffing standards for all Training Centers.

Supervised the daily operation of four divisions that completed yearly inspection of over 210 domestic and international commercial vessels, 36 commercial facilities, and 950 commercial transportation containers for compliance of domestic and international treaties, laws, & regulations. Managed four divisions with a 24 person staff.
