* TECH STACK: JavaScript, PHP, PostgreSQL, Linux, Git * HIGHLIGHTS: * Performed Service Delivery Lead role for the various units in the institution. * Reduced service delivery response times from days to within-the-hour. * Developed features for financial products in the institution's custom in-house ERP. * Led a team in maintaining 99% uptime for the institution's ERP. * This was done by performing activities in the DevOps life cycle (i.e. planning, developing, testing, deploying and monitoring).
