BAMBA is a 501(c)3 non-profit trail association IMBA Affiliate, whose mission is to create, enhance, and preserve great trail experiences for mountain bikers in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Main duties are to provide inside sales support and customer service. Additional duties include coordinating with other support staff and Bid/Proposal assembly.

Provided customers with trip routings, hotel and car reservations as well as generated new memberships and upgraded memberships from Basic to Plus status. In addition to providing customer service internally and externally, was also the acting Inventory Clerk in charge of ordering and receiving shipments of maps and books.

Responsible for overall store operations which included opening and closing of store, bank deposits and reconciliations, and maintaining the price of products as well as receiving deliveries and coordinating the placement of inventory.

Daily responsibilities include proposal creation, initial system design, sales support and customer service. These duties include phone calls, emails, quoting, and order processing. Collaboration with other support staff in various departments as well as bid proposal coordination occurs on a daily basis.Additionally I support our Operations team with management of projects from initial customer meeting until the final project sign-off.Coordinating marketing efforts is also one of my exciting responsibilities.
