* Exposoft was a provider of trade show and event registration\management solutions. * Responsibilities included: * Managed the development team designing, developing and supporting custom developed applications (approximately 90 active projects\Events) * Established a new development team structure (Team Leads) and Processes * Guided the development group in the transition from Classic ASP to ASP.NET * Initiated an architectural framework based on .NET for future development efforts * Liaised with Project Management to ensure projects were delivered on time and on budget * Participated in establishing partner relationships with Microsoft – Certified Partner/ Vendor * Interviewed candidates for development and IT Manager roles * Provided guidance/ Input into internal systems re-architecture * Organized weekly Lunch and Learn activities around .NET technologies * Participant on eCommerce/ Privacy Committees * Participated in management team meetings * Technologies: ASP/ ASP.NET, C#/ VB.NET, SQL 2000/2005, Windows server 2003, Pocket PC, Codesmith
