Responsible for hourly checks of entire building and property during shift as well as minor janitorial duties.

Responsible to mix, cut and cook daily quantities of Cake and Yeast varieties of Tim Hortons donuts cakes and cookies.

Inspection and evaluation and reporting of the insulation and energy upgrades, including: Air Sealing, Spray Foam, and Blown Cellulose on location throughout Nova Scotia of Trinity’s private work and Efficiency Nova Scotia Energy Programs. Periodically working with any or all of the work crews in each category to determine deficiencies and opportunity for improvement and getting experiencing the work first hand to better understand a work crews’ tasks and challenges.

Evaluation and recommendation of major energy upgrades in the form of air sealing, insulation to basement walls, main walls and/or attics when safe and/or economically beneficial under the guidelines of The LOW INCOME HOMEOWNER SERVICE provided by Efficiency Nova Scotia. Also participating in some of the work approved at the homes including: Air Sealing, Blown Cellulose insulation in walls, Spray Foam, Fire Proofing and Blown Cellulose in attics.

Prescreening insulation audit and other Energy Upgrade programs referrals as well as direct installs of energy saving upgrades such as hot water heater blanket, low-flow shower head, faucet aerators, CFL and LED light and pipe insulation. Also responsible for training new hires within the Direct Install Program.

* Responsible for accurate design, modification, layout and printing of client projects in English and French. Performed scanning, photography and photo manipulation of source material. Supported other departments in bindery, shipping, signs manufacturing and silk screening when required. * Key Accomplishments: * Led Sobeys projects with positive outcome * Managed Nova Scotia Liquor Commission project with positive outcome * Achieved a Labatts project with positive outcome * Spearheaded and chaired the Recycling and Waste Reduction Committee to comply with new municipal waste regulations.
