Organized and tracked the status of collateral for FY16 launch of Microsoft Worldwide Partner Incentives Programs to include integration of new Microsoft Partner Network Portal Tools for streamlined processes.

Special Forces Battalion Plans Officer - Planner for current and future operations for a 300-man Special Forces Battalion; prepared the organization for upcoming deployments and training exercises.- Coordinated, planned, and executed a month long training exercise with 60 members of the Japanese Special Operations Group, U.S. Coast Guard, and Special Operations Aviation Units focusing on interoperability between organizations during combat operations. Special Forces Operational Detachment - Alpha (SFODA) Commander - Commanded a 12-man team of Special Forces Soldiers over a 29-month period; deploying them on both combat and non-combat missions throughout Asia. - Commanded the SFODA over a 6-month combat deployment to eastern Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan.- Commanded the SFODA over a 9-month combat deployment to the Philippines in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines.- Commanded the SFODA through a month long exercise and cultural exchange with the Republic of Korea Special Forces.

Infantry Platoon Leader- Led a 20-man scout platoon and 42-man weapons platoon for 25 months through training, combat deployment, and redeployment.- Led newly activated platoon through 15 months of pre-mission training and deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan.- Led weapons platoon for 6 months during counterinsurgency and security operations in southern Afghanistan in order to bring sustainable security and development to the region.Squadron Liaison Officer- Managed all aspects of combat logistics and mission support for a 500-man Reconnaissance Surveillance and Target Acquisition (RSTA) Squadron while forward deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan. - Coordinated and synchronized unit's resupply and mission support plans with aviation and logistic units in order to sustain high-tempo combat operations in seven austere combat outposts in eastern Afghanistan.
