Instruct proper hitting, throwing, fielding and base running technique and mechanics. Teach hitting philosophy and theory, including pitch recognition and pitch selection. Share my knowledge of the game and help players improve their skills. I am also responsible for some of the scouting and recruiting of players.

I was hired as seasonal help during the busy holiday season. I worked there for two weeks and during that time I worked the third shift where I sorted packages destined for domestic and international locations.

I was trained as a super user on the new quality corrective action system (HQMS). I selected data to be used for verifying new reports and entered it into the test environment. I corrected data problems on the production system that were introduced during migration of data from the legacy system. I also conducted an audit of the quality reports, making note of any omitted sections or measurements that failed to meet specifications.

I assisted the Director of Planning and Development and my primary function was to develop a short term marketing strategy for LHAND. My main project was creating a public service announcement, which aired on the local cable channel. The service announcement resulted in a 20% increase in participation in the first two months. My primary function was to call potential customers to obtain and schedule “first in” appointments with them. This involved thoroughly researching the account, finding multiple contacts, finding the appropriate way to contact them and closing the appointment. I also managed a list of potential customers by using a sophisticated customer relationship management system.
