* My roles as a Coordinator include the following * Supervising district technical and support staff * Holding and chairing YONECO district meetings * Planning and coordinating the implementation of district programme and project activities * Assisting in the development of proposals and other fund-raising activities in the district * Conducting performance appraisal for district staff * Reviewing and submitting quarterly and annual technical/management reports to the Director of * Programmes * Facilitating implementation of the strategic plan * Developing & submiting annual work plans and budgets for the district to the Director of Programmes * Acting as representative of the Executive Director on issues relevant to the functions and performance of YONECO in the district * Provides requirements for procurement of equipment and/or assets for the district * Interpreting, communicating, and overseeing the implementation of organizational policies in the district * Representing the Director of Programmes on Technical/Programme matters as may be delegated from time to time

Presenting different Programs both live and pre-recorded. Some of the programs included; Africa Imba, Worship Sunday, Phone in Morning Live. etc
