Responsible for the implementation of PowerTrack, a web based electronic billing and payment system for all government customers. Project Manager for implementation of the Defense Personal Property Program (DP3), formerly known as the Families First program, making payments to Household Goods Transportation Service Providers. Implemented PowerTrack at over 100 military installations worldwide and contracted over 1,000 TSPs. Annual processing for this project alone is $1 Billion annually. Responsible for all aspects of project management, to include system interfaces, training, sales, communication, relationship management, technical development, process redesign and data exchange. Oversee and manage consultants and their government projects, to include Department of State and Defense Commissary Agency. Have also implemented worldwide Food Aid payments to Ocean Carriers for USDA. Liasion to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Achieved fully integrated automation for DFAS, saving them millions annually through improved processes and automation. Recognized with 2005 PowerTrack Leadership Award and 2005 and 2006 US Bank Pinnacle Award. Consistently exceeded expectations, achieving 400% of annual planned volume.

Project Manager for U.S. Bank PowerTrack for Household Goods program. Responsible for all aspects of project management involving development and implementation of PowerTrack, a web-based G2B application for the Department of Defense's Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. Prepared and delivered all training for DoD installation sites, transportation providers and internal. Liaison to all branches of military service financial managers. Set up Chart of Accounts and business rules for all aspects of accounting for transactions for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service to automate payment processing.
