General office duties include but not limited to: scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, accepting payments, general administrative duties all while making the client feel at ease with their visit to see the Doctor.

My title background was used to prepare residential final polices for transactions. Helped to record documents via Simplifile system. Prepared original documents to be shipped to lender and customer. Other office duties as assigned.

Seasonal employee. I prepared all final policies for residential closings for 9 branch offices; as well as helped with uploading of the deeds and recording of the documents. Basically as a Escrow Support employee, I helped where needed since my experience, knowledge and background is in Title/Escrow/Closing.

Duties included searching records and preparing title commitments. Responsible for training all new branch closers in Johnson County. As branch manager, I supervised employees, was responsible for preparing month end reports and yearly branch budgets. As escrow Officer, I obtained all documents needed for and prepared items for closing. Closed mortgage transactions, funded properly, shipped closed package back to lender, recorded all documents and prepared final policy.
