* Supervised Eviction/Pre-marketing group to ensure the timely and * immediate eviction/pre-marketing of REO properties * Completing weekly review of exception reports to ensure compliance with * Investor/Insurer/departmental guidelines and conveying results of * exception reporting to managers in order to properly evaluate personnel and * processes * Providing developmental training, coaching, direction, and support to * managers on a daily basis and overseeing growth and development of the * managers in the areas of professionalism, time management, * communication, and team performance * Completing tracking/trending reports for Team/Department, evaluating * results as it pertains to performance standards and production goals and * reporting results to upper management on a monthly basis * Evaluating workflow and deadlines and reviewing staffing needs with * managers to insure staff potential is maximizes while maintaining * guidelines * Communicating with management on operational status of the team * including highlighting any high-risk issues, procedural/industry changes * and updates

working directly with high school students to help them complete college, financial aid, and scholarship applications as well as prepare them for standardized tests (registration and preparation).
