* Conduct morning check-ins and evening check-outs * Distribute daily assessment of the Columbia Risk Assessment and keep records of patient status * Conduct group therapy and pay attention to any concerning change in behavior * Prepare for and conduct individual therapy to clients to strengthen mindfulness, awareness, subconscious mind, and develop various skills for independence such as boundaries * Complete all case assessments and group therapy notes

* Teach students in weekly workforce training workshops to help students improve English speaking, reading, and writing skills while building skills to become more marketable in the workforce * Create engaging curriculum for students to learn and remember information learned * Help create presentation deck including talking points for career panel with Waymo * Organize logistics and plan a day trip for taking students on a Google company tour * Conduct regular well-being check-ins with students * Grade assignments and projects completed by students and give feedback * Help with planning local community events activities and recruit volunteers * Continually attend government funded presentations hosted by various organizations * Organize educational field trips logistics for students such as college tours * Plan program graduation party logistics such as event schedule and order catering * Facilitate mock interviews for students with staff and working professionals
