RBCC is a bilateral, non-governmental organisation set up to promote and encourage trade, business and investment between the UK and Russia. Reporting to the Executive Director and with 1-2 interns reporting to me at any one time, the role developed to the point I was responsible for fully organising networking events, Parliamentary lunches and working with Kensington Palace to organise appearances by Prince Michael of Kent, the Patron of the organisation. Achievements: Raised £400,000 sponsorship per annum for the events budget and managed within budget to deliver 35 events annually including two conferences for 300 people, networking events for 50-100 and ad hoc meetings. Worked in Russia for 3 months to organise a major event while training new Russia based Events Manager
