KI is a world class leader in manufacturing. My day to day tasks include prioritizing orders to be completed, retrieving specific materials and corrugate needed for assembling and packaging the order, maintaining a safe and clean work environment (6S model), ensuring all assemblers are wearing proper PPE, training new staff on assembly processes as well as quality inspection, and creating a synergistic team environment that promotes continual improvement and open communication. I am responsible for continually providing accurate production results on a high volume production line. Attention to detail and constant attentiveness is required. During the peak seasonal production (May-August), I am responsible for a team of 8-12 college workers, many of which have never had a job before. I have taken the DiSC Leadership Training through NWTC which has given me great insight and helped me learn to diversify and adapt my management style. I have been able to provide KI with versatility, having been cross trained to lead 2 different production lines. Each production cell runs a completely different product and has different processes as well as specialized lifts and other equipment. I regularly use a fork lift, pneumatic tools, staplers, screw guns, vacuum lifts, paints, adhesives, and all sorts of other manufacturing equipment. I am familiar with lock out/tag out, confined space permit requirements, and attend all continuing education safety programs offered. We are constantly looking at ways to continually improve our process and effectiveness to meet and exceed our customer needs.

My responsibilities include repairing and replacing roofing materials as well as diagnosing and prescribing solutions for problem areas and performing cost estimates for residential and commercial customers. I have participated in the Certainteed Shingle Master/Shingle Wizard Program which is used to sustain product knowledge, industry changes, and building code requirements. I have participated in this program and taken the test every two years since 1998.

I managed the Garden Supply Guys brick and mortar retail location and all of the e-commerce sales and service sites since the stores inception in 2011. The brick and mortar store is 8,000 sq feet of warehouse and retail space located in Green Bay, WI. We specialize in indoor/outdoor gardening, agricultural equipment/practices, organic and synthetic nutrients and their uses, hydroponic techniques and subsystems, the microbial/myco side of soil science, and understanding of how it all works. I have in depth knowledge of the newest equipment and practices, as I have accumulated over $1,000,000 in sales in 4 years. I have in depth experience with the equipment used for automated watering, such as: water timers, ball valves, pressure regulators, back flow prevention/anti-siphon, sediment filters and the varying types of drip emitters. I have a vast background in pest identification/control/management, beneficial insects as well as plant diseases and fungal issues. Agricultural work has been a passion of mine since my days of farming while in high school. In my free time, I am currently working on a new sprouting concept to produce agricultural fodder. In 2013, Green Bay Botanical Gardens asked if I would be interested in giving classes for interested on "Indoor Gardening" for their members. We were told to expect 7-10 people in the class. I gave the class to over 30 people. It was a great experience. Twice a year, we were honored to host field trips for Mr. Beard and his class of future gardeners/hydroponic specialists from Fox Valley Technical College. In light of it all, we were recognized by Maximum Yeild Magazine for our accomplishments and efforts in the industry.

I went to basic training at Ft, Benning, GA between my Junior and Senior year of high school in 1995. After basic training I continued my high school education and went to drills once a month, as well as two weeks out of each year to become a soldier and a team player. Learning the importance of a team at a young age helped me draw from the strengths of others and apply what I've learned in real world applications.
