The SBA is a state constitutionally created investment management organization that manages assets and provides administrative services for more than 25 funds, such as the Florida Retirement System Plans, the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, and Florida PRIME. AUM exceeds $200B diversified in asset classes such as Global Equity, Fixed Income, Real Estate, and Private Equity.

One of six members of the executive management team for a $90+ billion fixed income RIA that is #2 in stable value assets and in the top 20 for defined contribution plan assets. Industry leading expert in fixed income operations and accounting, retirement plan asset management, regulatory requirements (SEC, OCC, ERISA, and DOL), and operational effectiveness. Responsible for back & middle office, technology and risk management departments with 50+ team members. Individual responsibilities include preparing Galliard’s financial forecast and overseeing performance, managing relationships with our parent company’s (Wells Fargo) risk management departments, and facilitating the Operating Committee’s strategic goal setting and oversight practices.
