Responsibility : 1.To Reviewed Client Technical Specification, Code & Standard, Drawing, Procedure, Contract Document, Scope of Work and Project Schedule.2.To Establish The Project Quality Plant (PQP) together with Project Team according to Client Specification, Applicable Code & Standard, Procedure and Work Instruction.3.To provide the related Quality Documents wich include but not limited to Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Inspection and Test Procedure that will be used to executed the project.4.To prepared Field-Inspection and Test Plant (F-ITP) and QA/QC Procedure. 5.Requirements of following QA/QC Matters : QC Person will handle the project, Qualification requirement of QC Person, Experience of QC will be needed, Procedure will generate, QC Software needed for management reporting, QC Tools will be used, Critical item for QC and Others.6.Prepared QA/QC Structure Organization c/w Job Desc. 7.Prepared Filling and Documentation System. Make a List the below document : List of all Project Procedures c/w Numbering System, List of all Technical Specification, List of QA/QC Tools, List of Code & Standard will be used.8.To prepare, establish and implement Internal Quality Audit to success The TMS Audit and ISO 9001 : 2008 Surveillance.9.To establish Quality Training Program base on the project need : Project Quality Plant (PQP), Client Technical Specification, NCR/CPAR Procedure, Cost of Quality.Authority : 1.To stop of work if the Quality of work is not accordance with Project Quality Plant, Contract Specification and applicable Procedure or Drawing and immediately report to Construction Manager & Operational Division Head.2.To Sign of the Quality Inspection Records within the scope of work.3.To reject any unqualified worker, and material.4.To issue the Non Conformance Report to the activity which not conform to the Client Technical Specification and Code & Standard.

Responsibility : 1.To use Standard Procedure & Design Tools for Mechanical Drawing Design and Construction.2.To Reviewed QA/QC Inspection Procedures from Mechanical/Piping from Sub Contractor.3.To Reviewed and Withness Welder Test.4.To Reviewed F-ITP Installation and Inspection Mechanical/Piping work from Sub-Contractor.5.To Reviewed WPS/PQR from Sub-Contractor.6.To monitor the process of issued recommendation, implementation and delivery material for material required.7.To prepare scope of work for special activity related to the 3rd party.8.Reviewed Turn Over Package (TOP) Mechanical/Piping work from Sub-Contractor.
