* Led the design, development and implementation of an enterprise wide web based underwriting and policy processing system that supported 100+ specialty insurance products for this $143.6 million net written premium insurer. * Developed and managed $16 million financial budget and multi-year project plan. * Built and retained a talented team of 15 developers and 3 business engineers located in Hartford, Manhattan and Dallas. * Facilitated communications and development of system requirements with input from field and home office stakeholders. * Evaluated software vendor products that supported rating and policy issuance functions.
