* Invoicing-Ensured customers were correctly invoiced and received invoices on time. * Value added tax reconciliation-Matched the Vat input to the Vat output accumulated in the day to day transactions. * Prepared the expenses summary report-Prepared a report that recorded all the expenses that were accrued on a daily basis. * Stock take confirmation-Participated in monthly stock counts. * Cashbook/Bank reconciliation-Ensured the organization’s cash book matched the banks records and that all variances were written off.

 Daily Stocks reconciliation. Confirmed that stocks received/processed in the system (SAP) matched the stocks received physically into the warehouse.  Ensured stocks from customers and stocks transferred to other locations were processed on time and in full with no errors.  Maintained the accuracy of all stocks records. (reconciliation reports and handover certificates)  Participated in monthly system stock takes. Ensured that correct losses/gains were reported  Performed a vigorous check of the empties stocks available in the system against the physical returns thus enabled quick crediting of the customer accounts and creating room for loading more orders.

 Invoicing. Ensured that all orders were correctly billed, printed and attached to their respective dispatch notes.  Prepared the daily sales report so as to measure sales performance.  Delivered credit notes to customers on a monthly basis. Ensured that all customers received credit notes generated throughout the month.  Generated and circulated the NSV (net sales value) report per region on a daily basis. Worked closely with the data team to ensure the correct prices were used to invoice the customers.

Giving resolution to customers in cases of overcharge/undercharge and in case of delays. * Reconciliation and reporting. Reconciling customer accounts and providing daily, weekly and monthly reports. * Delivering the company’s set KPIs by constantly reporting the customer’s open orders thus enhancing efficiency in stocks by rejecting undelivered/partial orders.
