• Managed the Business Department including teaching courses, managing each term course schedule, faculty scheduling, managing student internship & job placement programs, responsible for Business Faculty Team including hiring, observing, training and faculty/department retention rates• Held Dean of Students interim seat for two terms where I worked with disciplinary issues, restart students, training faculty in educational practices and technology in the classroom, provided all faculty with support including observations with recommendations, assistance with classroom and student issues and assisted Academic Affairs Manager and Campus Director with State and Accrediting body audit preparation. • While in Deans position, implemented an Attendance Policy which increased attendance rates from low 80% to mid 90%• During my tenure as the Business Department Lead, I held a 100% student retention record in my own classroom and my faculty held a 93% retention record in the Business Program• Played the Lead role in developing the institution’s 1st Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
