I worked in the ecommerce department on a temporary contract to cover the busy festive period. My main responsibilities included:- Daily processing of sales received via the ecommerce website- Taking telephone orders and dealing with telephones enquiries- Liaising with merchandising team and retail stores to fulfill customer orders. - Website stock maintenance via Magento ecommerce platform - Processing customer returns, exchanges and payment discrepancies- Liaising with finance to ensure payment of BACS orders. - Ensuring embroidery spreadsheet is completed on a daily basis. - Liaising with courier companies to track deliveries and resolve issues - Administration tasks such uploading sale prices, filling photoshoot images and replying to emails.

- Archiving all fabric and trim Information for the SS15 collection- Maintaining fabric files and creating new collection specification sheets- Creating illustrator drawings for garments being sent to factories for production
- Collection development assistance such as sewing toiles, cutting lightweight fabric for samples and bonding fabric- Photographing construction details of SS15 resort collection for production purposes
- Conducting manual layout plans for costing 
garments- Assisting with sample sale preparations such pricing items and assisting on the shop floor. I also worked in the production department, which included: 
- Quality control of new deliveries 
- Packaging deliveries to be sent to retailers
General day to day tasks within the studio included answering phone calls and handling various enquiries.

Mains Responsibilities included:Working alongside the head of the Womanswear department-Drafting patterns for early SS15 development ideas-Sewing toiles from the patterns I had drafted
-Drawing garments on illustrator for early SS15 development-Conducting market trend research through store visits and online research-Carrying out general day to day tasks in the office
