Bachelorthesis: „Entwicklung eines Fahrzeug-Bugteils mit einem adaptiven Frontspoiler“

* Development of Class-A surfaces in the CAD system with ICEM-Surf or CATIA V5 for exterior forms in exterior and interior scopes * Virtual and physical assessment of exterior and interior perimeters on component level and documentation of the resulting tasks * Technical coordination regarding manufacturability and assembly tests of prototype parts * Support with tasks in the operational day-to-day business

* design and technical documentation of monocoque and aerodynamic components of a Formula Student racing car using common CAD software (CATIA V5 and Siemens NX) * coordination with interdisciplinary working groups * manufacturing of CFRP components * maintenance and care of the racing vehicle at competitions

* assist first year students in learning basic CAD skills (Siemens NX) * correction and evaluation of weekly submitted student CAD deliverables * support of the lecturer in the evaluation and correction of the examination results at the end of the semester

* support in the initialization/setup of a project in the PLM/CAD environment * taking over administrative project work * preparation and follow-up of project meetings * Macro programming for KPI reports in MS Excel * support in updating the CAD application used and performing tests of hardware components * analysis of tools for quality assurance of CAD models
