Worked with Facebook creative teams to realize 4 PSA campaigns for the Ad Council. Collaborated closely with Ad Council producers and their clients ensuring goals met and issues addressed.

* Managed multiple short form video and commercial projects with emphasis on production value * Established process for promo shoots as TV Land began original programming in 2010 * Managed high-level on-camera talent for promo shoots * Planned and supervised shoots – location and studio, union and non-union, video and photo * Trained and mentored junior team members in all aspects of production * Researched, recommended and supervised external partners including design firms and production companies, and vendors of all size and kind * Partnered with in-house directors, writers, producers and editors to produce award winning promos * Collaborated with in-house marketing and ad sales groups, and their clients, to produce commercials for TV Land sponsors.

* Managed multi-faceted projects with individual budgets up to $3MM annual. * Oversaw production of weekly interstitial programming for two networks, including supervision of 10 full-time freelance staff. * Worked with corporate leasing and facilities departments to set-up satellite production space (edit suites, offices and storage space) for ongoing project.
