* Supervise, train, & schedule work of a general group of facility operations employees * Instruct subordinates in routine airport, terminal, & aeronautical operations activities * Provide facility orientation to new employees * Analyze manpower and material requirements & oversee procedures and methods used * Make independent inspections & supervise routine inspections * Respond to & coordinate the resolution of various landside incidents

* Ensure safety and security of airport operations under FAR Part 139 and FAR Part 77 * Responsible for overseeing the airport's FAR Part 139 mandated Wildlife Hazard Management Program * Continuing education & development of Airport Operations Agents * Perform airport emergency response, including snow removal * Evaluate potential threats to airport security and make the appropriate notifications * Serve as focal point for the customer, airline, and tenant inquiries and service requests

* Directly supervise 21 coordinators through a 24 hour rotating shift * Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable FAR's, Advisory Circulars, and Security Directives * Participate in Airport Environmental Management System * Responsible for daily and nightly FAR Part 139 Self-inspections * Oversee operation of Perimeter Intrusion Detection System * Emergency Incident Commander - Initiate and execute the Airport Emergency Plan * Oversee snow removal operations and all relevant Notice(s) to Airmen

* Perform self-inspection and lighting checks under Part 139 guidelines * Familiar with Compuland, IDS-4, Flyte Trax, CALS & ITWIS * Properly log Noise Complaints & Teach Airside Operations Area driving course * Responsible for issuing National Weather Service observations * Inspect Fuel Farms, Fire Extinguishers, & Jet Fuelers; Perform necessary duties during snow removal & construction activities
