Business Development provides assistance in pursuing project and business opportunities. This includes analysis of market sectors and geographic areas for opportunities and risks, coordination of major project leads and pursuits, proposal preparation, interviews and presentations, and development of project procurement strategies.

Our company purchased the Old John Deere Plow Company Property on the corner of Broad Street and 7th Avenue - Regina, Sask in 2000. We designed and developed the 84,000 square foot - 5 storey Heritage and Award-Winning building into high-end residential condominiums and 3 levels of commercial and office lease space. We maintain the commercail condominiums and manage all tenants to this day. The orginal John Deere building was demolished in the 1912 Tornado. We celebrated our building's 100th Anniversary in the spring of 2014. My involvement with this facility gave me the opportunity to sit on the Warehouse District Board, where I chaired the BID opportunity in 2003 and then became President for 3 years, again taking on that role in the fall of 2012 until retirement in the fall of 2014.
