Handling with activities between different multi-cultural teams throughout the world, focusing on the project management and all the process involved, since the beginning until the comercial launch in the market. Main Activities:• Checkpoint meetings preparations and presentation (CP0,CP1,etc);• Business case follow up with Product Line & Sales Areas: DM, DL, Volume, Prices, Investments, Payback, EBIT, etc; • Product management co-work with many teams like PL, ME, QA, PMO, etc...;• Conduct at the factory, trials for NPI ﴾MVT, Pilot, etc﴿;• Review and approve engineering documentation ﴾ECN’s, BOM’s, DVR plans, drawings, 3D modelsand specifications﴿;• Leading the E-nergy Project, exclusive for EU market, due the energy consumption new regularization.

Technical support into the new product development for fridge Multi-door product line, inside the Global CXteam. Making the product implementation management by all the process during the developing of the project, Main Activities: Develop technical solutions in CAD, prototypes and tests;• Preparation and execution of engineering project documentation (ECN’s, BOM’s, DVR plans, drawings, and specifications);• Follow up trials at the factory DVT, MVT, etc;• DFMEA, DFMA, DFA and manufacturability analysis;• Worked at Thundercat Project, new standard depth platform for Thailand factory which increase the volume capacity of the factory around 30%, implementing some new design high efficiency solutions for the entire MD products line.

Re-estruturation of the current product from production line throughout BOM`s changes. Supporting the R&D team and Manufacture team with technical alignment between the parts for refrigeration machines.

Technical support to NPI projects on the R&D team for hob food preparation product line. Working on the product management following the development process throughout project life cycle. Main activities:• Develop technical solutions in CAD, prototypes and tests;• Preparation and execution of engineering project documentation (ECN’s, BOM’s, DVR plans, drawings, and specifications);• Conduct new development tooling at national and international supplier;• Follow up factory trials DVT, MVT, etc;• DFMEA, DFMA, DFA and manufacturability analysis;

Support the manager from Maintenance and Production with local activities. In the Maintenance, doing the support expected to supplier parts for the area. In the production, supporting the productivity process control by plastic injection process.
