Bruce Chung devoted into the realm of eco-industrial development(EID) based on green design, planning, and development since 1998. After attending the remarkable legendary Kalundborg Eco-Industrial Development/Industrial Symbiosis Roundtable (2000), Bruce tried to establish a bridge within academy, practical consulting and NGOs beyond traditional pathway. As a senior consultant, Bruce's expertise cover multi-scale professions which foster a new organization Green Baroque Institute initiated after the year of 2005. However, after a frog-like relocation to Germany around 2012, Bruce came back to Taiwan and launch a new green consulting firm temporarily. A tremendous green circle - carbon circle invited Bruce to involved in the Mainland China. Now, an amazing green and technical new universe has been explored to be public, which is called the Carbon Circle Media Blockchain, a revolutionary solution to circles of low-carbon development and the carbon coin.
