* Optera Technology Xiamen(OTX) is a JV between Magna international and TPK that started up in 2006. A pioneer and inventor of capacitive touch technology, the company help created the first smart phone in the world, Apple iPhone. * By 2012, the company turn over USD $6bn annually with over 60,000 employee in China. * I was the seed management team that started up OTX. Between 2006 to 2012, I was also involved in 2 M&A activities, and 3 other startups as company expands. * I am responsible for overall controlling, and treasury functions, including cost control, budgeting, management reporting, external compliance, tax compliance, SOX compliance, cash management, and board related matters. * Major achievements during this period include: * 3 successful ERP implementations (MFG Pro & SAP) * 2 successful M&A activities, valued over USD $10m. * Successful IPO (TPK Touch Solutions) * Successfully obtained Chinese government grants valued over RMB 10m, and tax subsidy RMB 5.6m * Successfully hosted 3 charity events, raising over RMB 100K in charitable donation.

To serve as Business partner to the board, assist in major investment evaluation, M&A negotiations & financial evaluation, project financing, and treasury management. Oversees finance, accounting, general administration and customer service center.
