Became familiar with benefits for commercial, medicare, and state public program policies, involved with training new employees to computer systems and the process of phone calls, as well as miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Communicated with patients, patients family and medical staff regarding healthcare needs, concerns, or questions revolving treatment. Verified insurance information, scheduled internal and external appointments and other various medical scheduling needs. Involved with all administrative tasks regarding checking patients in and out of clinic.

Collected and interpreted data about program effectiveness. Tasks involved creating documents supporting findings (Excel spreadsheets, graphs, and Word Documents), attend and organized meetings, be involved in the program, as well as put together presentations.
