Sales Role: I exponentially grew Vconverter’s business with Eberspaecher and Crown Forklifts. My current role is to focus on business growth in these areas and expand other customers. Such as the Ford GT Full system OE business with Multimatic. Other areas of growth to focus on production of full assemblies of adaptive catalyst canning, build to print production of SCR’s, DPF’s, GPF’s, DOC’s, mixers and acoustic solutions on small, light, heavy or industrial applications. We also provide take over low and medium volume service work. We manage post production service responsibilities allowing your company to transfer current production liabilities to open up room for future production opportunities. We keep your process and PPAP your service parts from our location.Lastly we provide prototype and low volume services of full exhaust systems and heat shield solutions. Be it your design or ours; we are full service suppliers of these solutions. We are able to prototype and source all production intent or fabricate from scratch prototype concepts from manifold to tailpipe and everything between. We can source substrates with your loading / washcoat solution then stuff into a prototype or production catalyst housing. We work with all subsuppliers of exhaust components so give us your drawings and BOM and we take care of your full preproduction builds. We even involve your program managers and engineers so the knowledge learned is passed on for your future production.

ITOCHU is one of Japan's giant trading companies. Responsible for growth in business of importing heavy duty off road components for construction equipment. Components included heavy counterweight castings from Tianjin region, Wheel loader frames from Dalian and heavy fabricated parts from Changzhou. Main customer was Komatsu.

Responsible for all commercial activity with Toyota Motors North America regarding Exhaust System Products- Programs included: Tundra, Sequoia, Sienna, Avalon (G1 & G2), RX350, TRD Exhaust for Scion tC (1st Gen), TRD Exhaust for Tundra (2nd Gen)- Doubled sales with Toyota in 4 years from $51M to $112M (before converter sales)Received Tenneco's Award for Execution & Discipline in 2004 and 2006Received Tenneco's Business Growth Award in 2004

Responsible for the design and production launch of the 1st Generation Sequoia, 2nd Generation Avalon and Gen 1.5 of the Sienna mini-van.

Responsible for aftermarket design and release for production on all high performance exhaust systems as well as all import car applications. During this time, I was one of three engineers to secure patent # 5,936,210 on a new performance muffler. I worked with the patent attorney to pass examination, design the components for manufacturing, source parts and launch production in a sister plant in Mexico all in less than 9 months.
