Manage all facets of a $50MM polyurethane foam manufacturing facility. Responsible for all operations, personnel, equipment, maintenance, regulatory compliance and Profit and Loss. Led the Lathrop Division to the highest profitability and efficiency in company history. Planned, developed and implemented prototype inventory management system that saved $500,000 annually and became the benchmark for the corporation.

Responsible for a shift in a flexible packaging converting operation. Responsible for three Flexographic printing presses, three extrusion-laminators, a coater, a thermoformer and two blow-mold bottle makers.

Responsible for all production, equipment, personnel, training and safety of a 40-person folding carton operation. Developed and implemented alphanumeric locating system to aid in tracking in-house inventory and Work-in-process.

Manager of a $10MM Flexographic printing operation consisting of 30 people, 5 stack-presses and all ancillary equipment

Responsible for operations of a Flexographic printing and converting operation consisting of 6 CI Flexographic presses, an extruder-laminator, an adhesive laminator, seven slitter/rewinders and all pre-press operations; plate making, mounting and ink mixing and matching. Developed and implemented artwork inventory tracking and management database/system. Was a contributing member of the first Corporate Pre-Press Process Improvement Team. Transitioned the corporation away from standard rubber plates/molds to laser-engraved and photopolymer plates. Improved of "Up" time by 80% and reduced lost and damaged artwork and engravings to zero, earning the Printpack Leadership Recognition Award.

Start up operation of new product offering. Installation of an extrusion-laminator (co-ex), a tuber and two sewers/bottomers. Training of crews and development of the product and control standards. Additional work as Continuous Improvement Manager saving over $250M in 2011. Wrote and implemented HACCP/ Food Defense plan.

Responsible as second in command of all logistics, maintenance and supply in an Infantry company. Reduced overall Company spending on supplies to the lowest levels in the Brigade while maintaining the highest level of combat readiness in the Division. Received an Army Commendation for work done as the Executive Officer. Airborne, Air Assault and Ranger qualified.
