I took back up cycling after a major life hurdle. In 2011 I purchased my first bike...again, and realized an enjoyment I hadn't felt in a long time. Through training, diet changes and positive mental imagery I am still improving. I have completed 8 Grand Fondo's. Average training distance has increased to over 5000km/year. Assisted in 7 MS rides as a Marshall. Designed and acquired team cycling kit for two teams. Host and teach "get to know your bike for riders" easy to do maintenance. Looking forward to a sub 4:30 Grand Fondo just around the corner. Show less

Founder of Happy Nappy Diaper Service. Created a modern twist on old school believes that sometimes more is less. Created the "Happy Nappy" which started the new way to cloth diaper children. With a focus on technical fabrics, our own detergents, and customer management software. We had a goal to lower our carbon footprint and offer a better alternative to disposable diapers. We were so successful that we started franchising in 2006 quickly becoming the largest diaper service in the world and in doing so, prevented over a ton of garbage from going to the landfills every day.
