● Qualified leads and generated quotes daily, while updating the company’s CRM software providing visibility for my assigned Territory (WA, OR, and B.C).● Strengthened and managed relationships between End Users, Distributors, Logistics, Production, Engineering and Installers to ensure success from lead generation through installation.● Established new client relationships as well as expanding business with existing distributors, traveling often to visit clients across the region.● Expanded sales growth for the region, initiated distributor stocking programs, and managed hundreds of projects at once with various sales cycles, often over the course of 3-6 months.

● Selected equipment and generated proposals for contractors based on engineering design specifications. ● Designed a program that took in raw market share data from all of Trane commercial sales and output clear and presentable pivot charts. Instead of a long manual process, management can just press a button and instantly have access to filterable market share graphs to analyze and present. ● Shadowed and participated in sales activities like calling on design engineers, presenting technical information, visiting job sites, researching product solutions, and using sales software.

● Created a user-facing Manufacturing Process Audit database, using VBA coding, to ensure quality processes are maintained and to provide analytics to decision makers. ● Improved layout and flow design in the quality test laboratories. This allowed for more testing equipment to fit in the lab space and consequently improving throughput. ● Worked on a corporate team to improve and standardize the 5s auditing system.

● Investigated the Flint Water Crisis from the perspective of a quality system failure and identified key decision points that led to the crisis. ● This preliminary research laid the groundwork for a case study pushed by my professor.

● Updated and redesigned several quality system procedures to keep in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. ● The main quality areas of focus included the handling of customer complaints, inspection equipment verification, material handling, and monitoring supplier performance.

● Designed an integrated preventative maintenance system that was implemented across three metal services facilities in different states. The system design allowed the manager of all 3 facilities to track equipment status. ● Created and implemented a downtime log to track root causes of downtime, and added a feature for workers to request maintenance and notify management of equipment failures.
