• Issue, administer and manage all pastel issues (suppliers and customers)• develop and implement all accounting controls in the company • ensure the company’s compliance with all regulatory bodies• processing of supplier, partner and service provider invoices and payments• debtor and creditors management• update company accounting files• prepare monthly management report highlighting the financial position of the company• provide necessary support to the company in managing profitability and cash flow• establish control systems within the company and ensure they are adhered to (always liaise with managers)• bank reconciliations,• prepare and manage budgets for all projects.• operating cost management - managing and controlling day-to-day expenditures• maintaining up to date fixed assets register and accounting for depreciation• preparation and submission of all tax returns including payments (vat201, emp201, emp501, income tax (itr14)• assist with other office related & administrative tasks as and when assigned by core management.• facilities, fleet and telephone management. (resource allocation and utilisation)
