• Leading the testing efforts and ensuring quality for Microsoft Financial applications used for budgeting, planning, forecasting. • Functional test lead for Microsoft employees and vendors spread across globe in different countries.• Areas of focus - Functional testing, Security and Privacy ensurance, Performance and Load testing, Test environment and capacity planning, Automated testing.• Quality assurance activities include - test process adherence, test metrics, test productivity increase, test resourcing/budgeting.• Test Project Management activities - Negotiating with business and solution delivery partners on scope, deliverables, quality commitments, UAT defintion, Security/Performance/Load/SLA requirements.• Working with Finance users worldwide to ensure firm handshake with IT• Co-ordinate and implement planned User Acceptance Testing with field users
