Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Australia, I played a pivotal role in shaping the company, initially from my garage (as Omni Meta) to a team of 70 employees supporting 200 global enterprises across various industries.Envizi is a leader in carbon accounting and energy analytics software applications, allowing organisations to collate, measure and monitor sustainability data reliably to operate with transparency and integrity and improve long-term performance.I was involved in every facet of the company and its growth, from a start-up to the successful acquisition by IBM. The purchase was a huge endorsement of the business's long-term success and the confidence placed in our software.My ‘design for success’ philosophy ensured that the software easily accommodated the changing market requirements while scaling globally.Envizi's story is a testament to the team's commitment to tackling the environmental challenges facing businesses today.
