1. Liaise with Managers and other HODs for preparation of manpower plans for their teams.2. Building recruitment process and constantly searching for suitable profiles for the organization and builds an active database for the client organization. 3. Handling first level of interviews and coordinating final levels. Study salary fitment and releasing LOI.4. Employee Engagement activities – developing and implementing new initiatives to increase HR and leadership connect with employees; and streamlining the same across locations.5. Managing Onboarding & Induction for campus and lateral hires 6. Creating and maintaining employee records and databases.7. Succession Planning: Identifying Star Performers and Critical Positions, focus on retention, Role enhancement and Career path for the employees through different online study programs.8. Drafting and suggesting policies like Exit Policy, Relocation Policy, Leave Policy, Employee Referral Policy, Working hours policy etc. and implementing the same.Maintaining and generating weekly and monthly employee data reports for Leaves and Attendance etc.9. Employee Relation & Engagement: Designed Induction and Orientation Program for new joinees, Facilitation of on-boarding processes (Induction), Fun-at-work and people programs to build Morale, employer-employee bonds and a high degree of retention.10. Basic Administration: Basic Salary Administration (payroll), setting-up a Leave Management system, Generating time management reports, Logistic co-ordination for Employees Transportation Operation. Drawing up Appraisal process and compensation revision calendar at all levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system.11. Kick of appraisal process on schedule, track progress and manage timely completion of the process. Attending to employees grievances and complaints regarding attendance, salary, policies and provides guidance accordingly.
