* Assist in gathering information and completion of Performance Improvement Reports for various departments, committees, and the Board of Directors. * Assist Chief Compliance Officer in the development and revisions to procedures as needed to implement the Center’s policies effectively. * Works under the guidance of a senior professional to ensure that employees from all departments adhere to laws and regulations as well as industry practices when performing their duties. * Assist with preparation for Accreditation Site Visits * Collaborate with Compliance Officer to manage, monitor and track critical processes of the clinic. * Research information to ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable * regulatory agencies standard * Administer new hire orientation. * Coordinate and track staff completion of annual in-servicing and annual * competency assessment.

* Assist in compiling/revising job descriptions, training checklist, and competency * Performs marketing surveys, via telephone and in person. * Assist in the tallying of patient satisfaction surveys and reporting of results. * Assist in revision of the following manuals; Human resources, Performance Improvement, Employee Handbook, Risk Management, Environment of Care. * Attends Performance Improvement/Quality Assessment Meetings. * Assist in compiling Performance Improvement Reports. * Assist in performing random Safety Surveillance Audits. * Review Joint Commission Accreditation Standards. * Assist in compiling/revising job descriptions, training checklist, and competency assessment tools. * Perform other Tasks as requested by preceptor * Assist in performing random Safety Surveillance Audits. * Review Joint Commission Accreditation Standards.

* Manage and coordinate all administrative details of Home Health. Supervise and Evaluate performance of nurses, personal care attendants, office staff, and new hires. * Coordinate, and implement government Policies to ensure Quality of Care and safety. * Work with employees for feedback that supports organizational efforts to improve quality of services and patients satisfaction. And link patients to social services programs and entitlement such as transportation assistance and Meals on wheels. * Assure the Health Care Agency is financially sound and generates revenue by ensuring all claims are submitted and paid in timely manner. * Successfully Perform Medical Billing and coding with strong background in ICD 9 and 10, CPT and HCPCS. Remarkable interpersonal and communication skills with matchless ability to verify and forward patient’s medical insurance claims based on coded medical diagnostic data.
