This included researching API’s that we were considering integrating into our service and competitive analysis on direct competitors. Results were a large increase in merchant adoption for our upsell email product and increased efficiency between teams internally.- Led product initiative to improve merchant marketing to customers. Custom email marketing capability based on our customer activity data to message appropriately. We integrated with Auth0 2FA for our security layer, Sendgrid and Twilio for messaging and Klaviyo for the user identification and cohort analysis. Quality testing using internal accounts and event tracking in Splunk.- Researched APIs to determine our competitive advantage and future partnerships. Deep research into partner APIs including Celigo, Netsuite, Salesforce, Zapier, Akeno and shopify. Provided detailed reports to enable strategic decisions to provide the most cost effective solution to develop future products.- Developed internal tools to streamline the integration of marketing, sales and support data. This project involved pulling data from APIs used by the different teams, including Hubspot, Zendesk, Airtable and Looker. Implemented features to dedupe and scrub data from the different platforms to avoid confusion. Developed dashboards within Looker to display a unified view of this data.

Advised the customer service team on best practices for using Zendesk to triage tickets and reduced average response time for all tickets to 24 hours.- Lead agile development process with sprint ceremonies and biweekly deliverables. Lead all stages of development ceremonies - sprint planning, daily standups, end of sprint reviews and retrospectives. Worked with engineers to create stories from technical product specification, breaking these into epics when needed. Held daily standups to track progress.- Tracked data analytics to monitor project success on the macro end and tracking how specific users interacted with our system in detail. Built dashboards for executive KPI tracking financial reporting using custom data dashboard and google analytics and user interaction using several tools including - segment, heap, google analytics and fullstory.
