Lead product management for a new strategic platform designed to consolidate a fragmented ecosystem of technology stacks with many redundant features. Implemented Scaled Agile for Enterprise feature discovery process. Evangelized platform adoption to internal partners by emphasizing a decreased time to market and reduction in technical debt.

Promoted from Team Product Owner to Senior Product Owner in February 2017, where I worked with the Small Business Services product leadership team on product strategy and roadmap planning, as well as supporting the overall Retirement Services product team. I managed the 401(k) participant experience on desktop and mobile, launching single-sign on for SMB payroll clients, real-time tracking for 401(k) contribution changes, and financial wellness initiatives.

Ingress Capital was an equity crowdfunding platform connecting angel investors, venture capital firms, and family offices to carefully vetted opportunities. As cofounder I designed the product and helped develop the business model from rough sketches on paper to a fully operating business in the highly-regulated private securities market.

At IAC I worked in a handful of positions across three businesses (The Pronto Network, The Writers Network, Mindspark Interactive Network). My work was primarily at the intersection of product management, editorial content production, and SEO. At The Writers Network, I designed and launched a high-volume content production system that produced over 40,000 stories published to five content sites as well as shopping blurbs syndicated throughout the Pronto.com comparison shopping experience.

Installed and configured the OpenTable front-of-house management system and trained restaurant staff and management in over 400 independent and corporate-owned restaurants in 14 states and Puerto Rico. Participated in user acceptance testing of beta products in lab and field conditions.

My cofounder and I built an IT consulting practice that supported our product development work. We designed, built, shipped, and sold two products in the auto retail ERP segment and professional telecom.
