I worked with a team of Techs and lead them to complete work orders, maintaining the campus computer labs. I worked closely with the Sr. Network Administrator to maintain the LAN and user environment. Part of my job involved customer service liaison between the department and the rest of campus as well as the community.

The Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Coordinator provides support to the marketing team by producing creative and custom point-of-sale marketing materials for both internal and external customers. This position also assists implementation of the company’s digital marketing plan. Maintaining proper print shop protocol as well as maintaining the printing equipment. The position is in charge of all digital media strategies including blogs, video, photography, web, and email.

As a graphics and web designer for the University I would perform various tasks as assigned. For the Associated Students of WWU I did photo shoots of different events. Part of my design duties was to create posters, pamphlets and informational rack cards as well as work on the ASWWU web site doing PHP and Java coding for their blogs and video presentations.

I would maintain the campus computer labs and office computers. Doing computer repair, as well as building and disassemble of old/new machines. Part of my job I repaired the printers and maintained ink supplies.

Design Department for the University teaching photography, graphic, web, and industrial design, also employs students to run the design studio Pictor Graphics. Description As lead designer I was assigned projects to photograph, organize, and perform graphic design. Projects included cards, newsletter, photo-shoots of campus events, invitation cards and After Effects animation. Achievements - On a weekly basis I would meet with a team of designers and a copy editor, discussing projects and assigning people jobs as lead designer. - During the school year I created a newsletter prototype and layout design to be used this spring 2012, creating articles and taking over 5000 photos for the Departments database. - For the Alumni weekend May 2011 I created a video presentation presenting the latest changes to the Department of Technology, writing articles for each subsection of the Department. Interviewing the Professors and hiring several voice actors and videographers to help with the project.

The Service Desk Technician & Dispatcher is responsible for handling first and second level support of service requests and attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests. This relates to all technology including: workstations, servers, printers, networks, managed services provided and vendor specific hardware/software. The role is multi-versitle and everyone will say Dispatch is a jack of all trades.
