Saved over $30,000 per year in time savings by using Solidworks Inspection and by creating a powerful excel macro (using VBA) to automate the creation of FAI Reports and Ballooned Prints and by implementing this throughout the company - Acquired 100+ hours with metrology tools including calipers, height gauge, 3-axis Raytech, CMM, Virtek, and InspecVision - Led the data collection and analysis (using Minitab statistical software) of key control characteristics on NGDF oven chassis and found about 20 concerning dimensions across the six chassis SKUs - Designed (using Solidworks), 3D printed, prototyped, and created several fixtures with purposes including preventing the tipping of Cove dishwashers and aligning motor valve pins into motors
