My duties include aiding the elderly. Days where I would create a schedule for activities for my client. Talking with family members preparing them for what to expectfrom patients with Alzheimer's on their last days. Keeping patient as comfortable as I can whileproviding them with the best care possible. I also aided patients on Hospice when needed.

As a loan advisor my duties included making decision based on credit if a customer qualified for asmall or large loan. I answered phones, faxed necessary documents needed. I also provided title loansfor certain cutomers who qualified. I drew up contracts, explained terms and conditions as well. Iopened and closed loan company as needed. Took applications from customers who were interested initems available in company and made the choice if they were trustworthy and had the right amount ofincome to make monthly payments.

My duties included tours of the property for prospective residents, performed associated administrativeand operational functions as set forth by the Community Manager. I would interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Input information into the computer. Accompany prospective residents to models and vacant apartments and discuss size layout of apartments while selling features and amenities of the community. Qualify prospectiveresidents; verify applications, credit information, and other qualifications. Prepare lease and move-in documentation and related paperwork. I would also answer phones and report work orders tomaintenance.

As a Pawn Broker I would estimate the price of valuables like jewelry, electronics, music instrumentsetc. I would examine them to determine their condition and worth. I would issue them a pledge ticketand store their items until they come back in to redeem them. I would also open and close the storeeach day and attempt to sell items in the pawn shop for profit. I would negotiate the amount they are willing to pay for items customers may want to pawn. I would suggest the lowest price customers arewilling to accept for the item in order to make a profit in the event customers do not return for the item. Payday Advance CSR: As a Payday Advance CSR I would issue payday loans to customers that wouldqualify. I would assist in store with customers in completing loan applications, approvals etc. Thecustomers will leave ablank check and we will run their background and when everything comes back approved we issue them the funds that they qualify for. If the customer does not pay on the duedate I would call them to remind them of their payment due and if there is no response we then sendthe check to their bank account so that the company can receive the money that was lent to the customer.
