Design and implementation of IT courses in class and 1-2-1 environments, instilling confidence within new learners, working at various sites setting up classes, structuring lessons and liaising with other companies to organise training. Created a 6 week training programme, as part of a Job Centre contract, devised to give candidates the freedom to cover any popular Microsoft product from a beginner to advanced levels. This was very successful with students, as each had an individual, flexible learning plan with no pressure.
