* OIM Designate and stand in as required for OIM during drills * Responsible to OIM for interface between Projects and Operations * Responsible for delivery of Shut Down workscopes * Compile procedures, review and audit compliance * Administer Permit System * Training and verification of Operations staff * Prepare and distribute reports * Responsible for Production and Maintenance teams and day to day running of Platform * Responsibility as Budget Holder for maintaining and monitoring 10 budgets * Instrumental in successful transition of Platform from Shell to Talisman procedures * Seconded to Auk North project Sub Sea Tie back as Start Up Manager

* Support and advise platform management on operational and engineering issues. * Develop and maintain programmes to verify achievement of competency in multi-skilled operations team and ensure succession planning is maintained. * Organise, plan and deliver platform shutdowns * Liaise with third party contractors * Maintain the interface between offshore and onshore support teams * NVQ co-ordinator and coach, D32/33 Assessor in production operations * Monitor and expedite platform modifications * Actively involved in planning, construction and commissioning of satellite tie back to Clyde platform and with several platform production and injection plant upgrades * Deputise for Offshore Team Leader for extended period with budgetary responsibility for production plant and equipment
