* Marketing Researcher; responsible for collecting Destination Data Marketing (rates, facilities & services). * Responsible for collecting and gathering the Hotel Fact Findings as a base for Marketing write ups during the pre-opening phase. * Setting Competitive Set comparisons for the hotel facilities and offers such as wedding facilities, MICE, Ramadan and Eid offers comparisons. * Creating & giving professional translation for brochures & write ups for the PR related * Responsible for setting administration and filing structure of both Business Development and Food and Beverage Departments. * Assisting in scanning CVs for new applicants

* Identify, develop and evaluate property marketing plan based on sales strategies, segmentation and market trends. * Oversee communications and promotional budgets. * Responsible for Online Reputation Management of all hotel Social Media network (creating, driving, planning) * Collaborate closely with Revenue and Brand Regional Marketing teams to point out marketing opportunities and search for new segments. * Analyse performance of marketing channels and set quarterly KPIs * Drive and create special promotions, offers for both rooms and F&B in order to achieve the targeted revenue. * The hotel spoken person; plan ahead for PR opportunities and events to raise community engagement and spread brand culture throughout the year. * Responsible for responding to Guests’ comments, inquiries, requests and official complaints through Trip Advisor, Holiday Check and Google+. * In charge of hotel photo shooting project (2nd phase of 3 days during Jun 2014) * Develop communications within the property to implement the brand culture and strategies. * Supervise brand.com website and develop its content.
