At BCS, I began as an entry level Sales Representative. My core tasks were to: acquire and maintain business accounts on behalf of top level clients we represent, engage in on-site meetings and sales presentations. After achieving success in the role, I moved up into the Asst. Mgmt. and Corporate Trainer positions, primarily focused on the company's Human Resources, Training and Recruiting, and Leadership Development Program. I worked hand in hand with 20+ staff with different skills sets / backgrounds. I became excellent at recognizing strengths, identifying weaknesses, and leveraging each individuals skills to achieve success.
