* Providing administrative and secretarial support to the staff * Answering to the telephone calls * Managing the filing system and record management. * Ensuring quality of outgoing correspondence and other related documents/paperwork. * Writing the letters * Translations * Meeting guests in professional manner * Managing of the office needs * Photocopies and scans documents as needed * Track Employees Time sheets * Performing any other project-related duties requested by the General Manager
