* Led a team of 25 passionate individuals that hosted multiple events and initiatives to provide the student body with tangible skills for the workforce which resulted in an increase of 20% more engaged students and a 98% satisfaction rate * Managed over 5 departments through project management tools such as Todoist and Trello to make sure all our initiatives and events went smoothly and met organization goals * Held an $80,000 budget and saved an average of 25% on expenses year-over-year per event while securing over $45,000 of funding and sponsorships from multiple sources * Hosted multiple sold-out events with a surplus while being able to attract over 10 partners such as TEKsystems, MLSE, Microsoft, TELUS, Cossette, RED Academy and many more

* Assisted in hosting, maintaining, and marketing influential brand penetration through a variety of events such as Careers in Marketing, MLSE and TekSystems Case Competitions, and the Ryerson Marketing Conference * Collaborated with other marketing students on campus and student groups to deliver the best services and content to the Ryerson Marketing student body * Designed marketing materials such as posters, business cards, social media content and more using the Adobe Creative Suite and made sure that they met group branding requirements * Revamped branding identity to reflect on the RMA goals for the year – to be disruptive
